Return and exchange policy

1. There is no refund for all products. If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, don't worry! All regular-priced items enjoy a one-time replacement.

2. The customer's exchange must be processed within 7 days after the goods go out (subject to the delivery record).

3. The returned goods must be accompanied by a shopping receipt and all accessories, packaged intact and unopened.

4. Once the goods have been used, modified or damaged due to improper use, no return or exchange will be accepted; except for factory quality problems.

5. The goods must be returned together with all the gifts (including cash coupons and cash coupons) that were included with the purchase of the goods, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.

6. When the replacement product is shipped back to our company, the freight must be borne by the customer.

7. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

8. In case of any dispute, the company's decision will be final.
